$75,000 to $80,000 per year + superannuation

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled cook with expertise in various cuisines and wok cooking.
The successful candidate will manage daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the kitchen for daily service
Manage inventory and food costing
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
Ensure compliance with NSW food safety regulations
Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
Contribute to menu development
Schedule staff and assist with HR processes, including induction and training for current kitchen team members
Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of cooking techniques and practices
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
Education and Experience:
Formal culinary training or a culinary degree
