Content Creator - Photography & Videography

This is your opportunity to step into a stable, permanent part time role with a custom builder in Newcastle.
We are seeking an in-house Photographer/Videographer to join our energetic team.
This role offers an exciting mix of on-location shoots, creative editing and producing polished, impactful content across construction marketing, events, profiles and brand storytelling.This is NOT a freelance position.
About the Role, you will be responsible for planning (alongside our team & director), photographing, filming and editing video content across a variety of projects, including:
Construction Marketing – Creating engaging, entertaining and educational videos
Business and Team Profiles – Film and edit polished profile content
End-to-End Production – Manage pre-production, shooting, editing and final delivery
Short-Form & Social Content – Produce high-quality, on-brand edits with strong pacing
Collaboration – Work closely with the office team to maintain brand consistency
The role is hands-on and varied,



offering a balance between multiple shoots and focused editing days.
What You Will Bring
2+ years professional videography & photography experience (real estate or commercial ideal but not essential)
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production and storytelling
Advanced proficiency in video/photo editing related tools
Strong understanding of lighting, composition and visual pacing
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Drone experience and offshore editing connections a bonus
Car and driver's licence essential
