Warehouse & Customisation Assistant (Full-Time)
We're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Warehouse & Customisation Assistant to join the Project PARGO team in Coolum Beach.
We're a purpose-led brand designing premium insulated drinkware, with every product helping fund clean water projects for communities in need.
As the newest member of our small but mighty team, you'll take ownership of both the physical flow of our products and the artistry of customising them - making sure every order reaches customers and partners perfectly packed and beautifully finished.
This role suits someone with warehouse or pick/pack experience who also has a creative streak and a sharp eye for detail - no design or engraving background needed, we'll train you on all of that.
About the Role
Pick, Pack & Dispatch
Pick and pack online and wholesale orders for dispatch
Prepare freight and shipping labels using fulfilment software
Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stocktakes
Operate a pallet walkie to move stock and retrieve pallets from racking
Respond to customer email enquiries as needed (approx. 30 mins/day)
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly




Custom Product Finishing
Bring products to life using our engraving equipment and software - full training provided, no experience necessary
Prepare and process artwork files with a keen eye for layout, spacing, and finish
Ensure every piece is consistent, accurate, and finished to a premium standard
Keep the workspace and equipment running smoothly
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in warehouse operations, pick/pack, or stock management is a solid plus
A creative eye and genuine attention to detail - this matters more than any specific software or technical background
Comfortable using warehouse equipment (pallet walkie, racking systems) - training provided
Computer literate and confident picking up new software (Adobe Illustrator or Canva experience a bonus, not required)
Comfortable communicating with customers via email
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
A trustworthy, self-sufficient team player - you'll often be working on your own tasks, backed by a close-knit team that's always around to help
