Paediatric Caseload (predominantly school aged) on site with some community visits

Salary starting at$85,000 - $110,000+ Super (based on experience)
Low billable targets:4-5 a day with a focus on quality, not quantity
$1,500 PD budgetannually to pursue your interests & regular in house training with the team
Company car available for outreachand community visits, or travel allowance if using your own vehicle

What you'll be doing:
Provide therapy for paediatric NDIS and private clients, with a focus on sensory processing, motor development, emotional regulation, and self-care
Deliver therapy outdoors, creating fun, intentional, and client-driven programs
Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team
Have autonomy to shape your caseload and working hours around client needs

About You:
Has2+ years of paediatric OT experienceand AHPRA registration
Shares a love for the outdoors and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty
