About The Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Store Personto join our busy team at our Maddington, WA Distribution Facility on a full-time basis.
This is a hands‐on role suited to an experiencedForklift or High Reach Operatorwho takes pride in secure, efficient and well‐organised warehouse operations.
You'll work across receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse operations, while supporting the team and helping drive continuous improvement.
For the right person, this role offers a pathway into future leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating forklifts and high reach machinery safely and efficiently
Supporting receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse operations
Managing stock movement accurately




Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Supporting daily task coordination and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
A current Forklift Licence, with high reach experience highly regarded
Minimum 3 years' warehouse or distribution experience
Strong understanding of safe working practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
A reliable, hands‐on and proactive approach
The ability to adapt to changing priorities
A desire to develop your skills and progress into leadership
