Mama Earth & Co PTY Ltd t/a Yaman Mullumbimby is seeking a full-time Cook to join our Yemenite kitchen in Mullumbimby, NSW.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare authentic Middle Eastern dishes using fresh, local produce.
Responsibilities include inspecting produce, operating ovens and grills, plating with care, meeting dietary requests, and mentoring junior staff in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment.
