The Role
Sealy currently require the services of a multi Needle Quilting operator to satisfy manufacturing requirements.
Previous experience in a Mattress Quilting section of the bedding industry is advantageous.

Attributes




Experience in operating a Mattress tape edge machines or mattress building experience.
Passion for Manufacturing quality products in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate as an effective team member in fast paced environment

Committed to continuous improvement and development through our lean program
Prior experience in leading a team is preferred but full training is provided for the right applicant
