We're looking for aLarge Loss Repair Administratorto join our high‐performing team and play a key role in deliveringefficient, customer‐centric and technology‐enabled claims outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of property repair claims end‐to‐end, working closely with builders and trades to deliver outstanding results.
You'll leverageinsight-led decision making, performance analytics, and smart process optimisationto drive improvements in cost, service delivery, and turnaround times.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage insurance repair claims across their full lifecycle
Partner with builders and trades to ensureKPI performance, accountability, and quality outcomes
Usedata insights and reporting dashboardsto monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Drivecost optimisation and efficiency gainsacross repair processes
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, empathetic communication
Resolve issues and complaints with asolution-focused, agile mindset
Support compliance withWHS and industry regulations (GICOP)




Contribute to a culture ofcontinuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
What You Bring
2+ years' experience inproperty claims or insurance
Strong understanding ofend-to-end claims management
Experience working in afast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to use multiple systems and adapt todigital platforms and emerging technologies
High attention to detail with adata-driven mindset
Confident communicator who caninfluence and build strong stakeholder relationships
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability tomake decisions quickly and effectively
Understanding ofWHS requirements in the building/repair space(desirable)
Desktop assessing or repair management experience (advantageous)
