Description
Reporting to the Project Leadership team, you will play a key role driving safety performance across a large-scale multi-residential construction project.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure compliance, engagement, and a proactive safety culture are maintained throughout the build.

Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
Support site teams with SWMS reviews and subcontractor management
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture on site
Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
Profile
Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
Strong multi-residential project experience is essential
Sound understanding of QLD WHS legislation and construction compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build robust relationships with site teams and subcontractors
Relevant safety qualifications
