We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a recent role for NSW ACU Stem project in Sydney.
You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
You will undertake both Procurement and Cost Management on a new project.
As a Senior member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering successful projects.
You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
Collaborating with our clients and project team to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes.
Mentoring, coaching, and supervising our commercial team.
You'll be a natural leader, with a passion for developing your colleagues' skills and helping them achieve their goals.
Leading our project procurement strategy and processes.
This is a key part of our success, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of this area and drive results.
Taking charge of project cost management, including managing head and subcontract variation.
Managing head contract and subcontractor progress claims.
Keeping a close eye on cash flow at both head and subcontract levels.
About you
You'll have a wealth of experience working in a main contractor environment.
With at least 6+ years of experience under your belt, you'll be ready to take on new challenges and deliver measurable results.
You will have:




Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
Proficiency across contract management and the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
