You will perform painting, carpentry, flooring, doors and locks, and garden tasks while coordinating contractors and keeping records.
The role requires experience in commercial facility maintenance, a team-oriented approach, strong communication, and commitment to safety and quality improvements; occasional after-hours on-call is required.
