Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager
This role is all about supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management team, working closely alongside our director - an chance to learn from one of the best in the industry.

Based in our Prahran office (with onsite parking provided), your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open for inspections and private viewings




Processing and assessing rental applications
Carrying out routine property inspections
What You'll Be Great At
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage your own schedule and work proactively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine desire to help people find their next home
The Essentials
Agent's Representative Certificate (or currently working towards it)
Alternatively, transferable skills with a willingness to obtain certification (support provided)
A reliable vehicle and current driver's license
Availability for 2 Saturdays a month (10am - 2pm) with 1 Friday off a month in lieu
