Change and Communications Business Partner
Our client is a high profile not for profit organisation providing a number of important services across Australia and overseas.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and talented individual to undertake the contract role ofChange and Communications Business Partnerfor a period of 12 months.
You will help teams stay informed, engaged and confident to deliver theAsset Replacement Program, a significant body of work that will improve systems and support better outcomes for the organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to theInternal Communications Manager, you will lead change management and communications activity for theAsset Replacement Program, agroup of initiativeswith varying impacts across the organisation's people, customers and operations.
You'll developclear and practicalchange and communication plans that help people understand the change, prepare for it and adoptnew ways of working so project goalsare achieved.
You'll bringstructure, insight and judgementto the change agenda, ensuring activity is aligned with business needs,organisational strategyand the organisation's internal communication practices.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide expert change and internal communications advice that shapes engagement, adoption and project outcomes.
Partner with project teams,
communication colleagues and senior leaders to build and deliver integrated, measurable plans.
Create clear narratives and practical content that explain the why, what and how of change.
Use channels, insights and campaigns to help people feel informed, considered and supported.
Monitor feedback and engagement to refine plans, messages and content as the program progresses.
WE VALUE YOUR EXPERTISE:
At least five years' change and communications experience in a large, complex or matrix organisation, ideally with dispersed and frontline teams.
Experience supporting system replacement, technology or operational change initiatives.
Strong ability to develop and deliver change and communication strategies, plans, narratives and content.
Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise, influence and build trusted relationships.
A practical understanding of change management approaches and how to apply them through a project lifecycle.
This is more than a delivery role.
You'll be a trusted adviser, practical change partner and strategic storyteller, working with project teams, stakeholders and senior leaders to turn complex change into explicit, meaningful communication that helps people understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can be part of it.
