About the Role
AsProject Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working closely with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and the internal project team.
You'll take ownership of the project frompre-construction through to practical completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially, on programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, milestones and sequencing
Manage project budgets, costs, variations, forecasting and commercial performance
Oversee subcontractor procurement, engagement and performance
Coordinate consultants, designers and project stakeholders
Lead design coordination and resolve project issues as they arise
Manage client relationships and maintain clear communication throughout delivery
Drive programme, quality, safety and construction outcomes
Identify, assess and manage project risks
Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication




Monitor project progress and implement recovery strategies where required
Manage the project through practical completion, defects and handover
About You
We're looking for an experiencedProject Manager with a strong commercial fit-out or refurbishment background.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
Experience managing projects in the$1M–$5M range
Solid programming, sequencing and construction management capability
Solid commercial and contractual understanding
Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating design and resolving construction issues
Strong financial and commercial management skills
Excellent communication and organisational ability
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
Experience acrosseducation, office or hospitality fit-outswould be particularly relevant.
