The Opportunity
You'll work closely with a high-performing Associate and be positioned as the right‐hand leader of the team, with a clear pathway into a Manager‐level role.
This is a hands‐on, client‐facing position where you'll:
Manage and nurture an established portfolio of clients.
Lead,



mentor and support team members (including offshore resources).
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting and tax matters.
Play a key role in driving team performance and growth.
What We're Looking For
We're targeting a well‐rounded professional who brings:
Strong experience in Australian public practice accounting & tax.
A proven client‐facing background.
Confidence in reviewing work, problem‐solving and decision‐making
Excellent communication skills and client rapport.
