Fundraising Managers

Salaries range from
$100,000 - $140,000 + super
depending on experience and level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and delivering fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Managing and growing donor portfolios and supporter relationships.
Driving fundraising income, acquisition, retention and engagement.
Developing compelling appeals, campaigns and donor communications.
Building strong relationships with major donors, partners and key stakeholders.
Managing fundraising budgets, reporting and performance against targets.
Working collaboratively across fundraising, marketing, communications and programs teams.
Identifying new opportunities to grow income and strengthen supporter engagement.
Leading and mentoring fundraising teams where required.
Locations
Roles are available Sydney-wide including
Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Lower North Shore and hybrid working environments.
Who you are?
Proven experience within fundraising, philanthropy, donor engagement or a related NFP environment.
Solid understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardship.
Commercially minded with a track record of achieving fundraising or income targets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with strong project and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Passionate about purpose-driven organisations and creating meaningful social impact.
