The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the best talent for our business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding
Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Write compelling job ads and source candidates through various channels
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process




Maintain our candidate database and recruitment reporting
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident using online recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Highly organised, professional, and proactive
