Southside Toyota is seeking an experienced and customer-focusedFinance & Insurance Consultantto join our high-performing team at our Woolloongabba dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping customers find finance and insurance solutions that meet their needs.
About the Role
As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will work closely with our Sales Team and customers to provide tailored finance, insurance, and aftermarket product solutions.
You will play a key role in the vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and professional advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket product options to customers
Developing tailored finance solutions to meet individual customer needs
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and lending partners
Managing finance applications and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Achieving finance and insurance sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Coordinating settlement processes and documentation
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of finance products, regulations, and dealership offerings
Working closely with the Sales Department to enhance the customer experience and maximise dealership opportunities
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Consultant, Business Manager, or Automotive Finance Specialist




Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A customer-first approach with exceptional communication skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
An understanding of compliance obligations and responsible lending practices
Current driver's licence
Experience within a dealership environment will be highly regarded.
