About the Role
Working closely with feedlot and station teams, you'll help ensure cattle movements are accurately recorded, compliance obligations are met, and livestock information remains current across the AACo network.You will enjoy a varied role that combines administration, logistics coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Coordinate livestock transactions, movements and associated documentation
Maintain accurate livestock records across StockAid, FY****, NLIS, WIS and Stockfusion systems
Support livestock compliance requirements and audit activities
Prepare regular operational and management reports
Provide administration support for livestock purchasing, sales and supply activities
Liaise with operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely movement of cattle
Monitor data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting
Support the administration of livestock supply contracts and logistics activities
Work closely with Livestock Manager coordinating and forecasting inductions and exiting of finished cattle
About You
You are a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational workplace. You're confident managing competing priorities, working with data and building relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in livestock, feedlot, agricultural or operational administration
Experience using livestock management systems such as StockAid and FY**** (highly regarded)
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
A commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement
Positive attitude and team player
