Goulburn Powder coating is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand Powder Coater to join the team in Goulburn, NSW. This is a leadership role on the shop floor, coordinating daily workflow and guiding the team to meet production targets while delivering quality work.
You'll lead by example, develop a strong team culture, and drive safety and efficiency in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment. A forklift licence is required or obtained, and loyalty to long-term growth is encouraged.
