experienced and motivated Sign Installers
to join our growing business.
About the Role
The permanent, full time position involves working as part of a
two-person installation team
, completing a variety of on-site installations across Sydney. Your day will primarily involve:
Installing
medium to large outdoor site signs
Installing
banners, SAV (self-adhesive vinyl) graphics, and light boxes
Travelling across Sydney in company vehicles
Representing VFX Print Group with professionalism on client sites
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in signage installation (real estate signage experience highly regarded)
The ability to work effectively in a
two-person team




3-5 years experience as a sign installer or a transferable trade such as carpentry.
Physical fitness and resilience to lift signs and materials
Confidence working at heights (working at heights ticket desirable)
Good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Clear understanding of safe work practices
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
A valid driver's licence
