Trade & Contract Execution
Maintain grain contracts accurately
Confirm trades and reconcile positions and physical movements
Accounting & Settlements
Support invoice preparation and validation
Reconcile settlements and accruals
Maintain accurate counterparty records
Reporting, Data & Systems
Maintain internal spreadsheets and exposure reporting
Manage operational datasets and ensure data accuracy across contracts, positions and settlements
Validate data feeds and investigate discrepancies
Improve workflows, controls and automation initiatives




Operational Support
Provide operational and commercial support across the business
Communicate professionally with clients, counterparties and service providers
Skills & Experience
2–3 years' experience in finance, accounting, operations or trading support
High attention to detail
Explicit written and verbal communication
Australian citizenship/working rights is required for this position
Exposure to commodities, agriculture or trading
Experience with Power Query, automation tools or basic coding
