The Prince of Merewether is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic, friendly kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team who are like family. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality and up-to-date cuisine.
You must have at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, experience in Italian cuisine is desirable, and be able to work a 5-day roster. A Cert IV or trade equivalent is required, with a focus on hygiene, presentation, and customer service.
