We're looking for experienced
telephone-based customer service professionals
to join our high-performing Client Care team in our modern Sydney CBD office. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast‐paced environment, and know how to build trust over the phone, this could be the perfect chance.
This is far more than a traditional contact centre role. You won't be reading from scripts or trying to finish calls as quickly as possible. Instead, you'll take the time to listen, understand each person's circumstances, provide reassurance, and guide them through the next steps.
Many of the people you'll speak with have recently experienced an injury or life‐changing event. Your ability to listen with empathy, communicate with confidence, and make people feel heard will have a genuine impact on whether they receive the support they need.

About the role
As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking legal assistance following an injury or accident.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a high volume of inbound client enquiries
Building trust and rapport from the very first conversation
Listening carefully to understand each client's circumstances and needs
Gathering accurate information while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Providing reassurance and guiding clients through the next steps in the process
Working closely with our legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Delivering outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism and care
About you
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and are confident communicating over the phone.
You'll ideally have experience in one of the following:
Telephone based customer service or client service roles
Insurance claims




Telecommunications
Legal Services
Emergency services or first responder roles
Any high‐volume telephone-based customer service environment
You'll also bring:
Experience managing a high volume of inbound customer calls
Ability to achieve realistic set KPI's
Outstanding communication and active listening skills
The ability to build rapport quickly with people from all walks of life
Confidence handling emotional or sensitive conversations
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Emotional intelligence, resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
A proactive attitude with strong ownership and follow‐through
The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded, as we support clients from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
