Drive strategic plan delivery across programs
Lead service teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Ensure legislative, audit, and contract compliance
Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
Build therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
Skills & Experience
Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
Leadership experience in Foster Care or OOHC
Robust knowledge of therapeutic frameworks
Budget management and financial oversight skills
Current driver licence and probity checks
