Estia Health is seeking a Funding Business Partner to optimise AN-ACC funding across a portfolio of homes in Queensland.
You will audit resident care documentation, collaborate with stakeholders and provide funding advice to support timely external AN-ACC assessments.
Travel to Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Hervey Bay and additional sites as needed.
The role requires experience in aged care, knowledge of AN-ACC, and solid communication to build relationships and mitigate funding risks.
