We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ORTHODONTIC DENTAL ASSISTANT
(EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL DENTISTRY OR ORTHODONTICS PREFERRED)
to join our rapidly growing,state-of-the-art, specialist orthodontic practice in Essendon.
What we are looking for is someone who embodies our values, is a team player and is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
To provide our patients and their families with warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
Liaising with patients and practitioners
Providing information and education to patients regarding treatment
Providing chairside assistance to our specialist orthodontists and hygienists
Sterilising and maintaining equipment, ensuring that the highest standards of infection control are performed at all times.
General cleaning and re-stocking duties
Clinical photography and intra-oral scanning
Reception and general administrative duties as needed.
Assisting with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Processing payments

Ideally looking for FULL TIME- but for the right candidate we can negotiate number of days!
There are NO late nights and NO weekend work
WE WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ON THE JOB TRAINING SO EXPERIENCE IN ORTHODONTICS, WHILE PREFERRED, IS NOT ESSENTIAL
