Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives
play a critical role in making that happen.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll manage enquiries, process orders, coordinate job bookings, and provide guidance on our products and services.
Working closely with builders, installers, customers and internal teams, you will be the person who keeps information flowing, resolves issues, and ensures every interaction is qualified, positive and solutions-focused.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in getting things done.
From coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities to solving problems and building lasting customer relationships,



you will be at the centre of a fast-paced operation where no two days look the same.

Does This Sound Like You
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
Known for building strong relationships and making it easy for people to work with you.
You are a proven customer expert, with the ability to influence and negotiate with our customers
Naturally organised and able to juggle competing demands without missing the details
Ideally you have some experience with SAP or other advanced ERP systems
Positive, resilient and always willing to step in and make an impact
Excellent attention to detail with confidence in Microsoft 360
You naturally love to learn and bring your personality to the forefront of everything you do!
