Goulburn-Murray Water in Victoria seeks a Change and Training Manager (CRM) on a fixed-term basis until 30 June ****. Based in Tatura, you will lead change readiness, design training and adoption programs, and support leaders and staff through a major CRM and Billing transformation.
You will coordinate go‐live readiness, monitor uptake of the customer portal and self-service tools, and embed recent processes with agile or hybrid delivery methods.
