IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine and meaningful interactions
Build strong relationships with customers and create repeat business through personalised styling and service
Apply effective selling techniques while representing the Commonry brand values
Maintain high standards of stock management, administration and store presentation
Support the delivery of VM standards and ensure the store reflects the Commonry aesthetic
Maintain a welcoming, organised and inspiring shopping environment
THE PERFECT FIT:
Previous fashion retail experience with a passion for customer service and styling
A genuine belief that fashion should be inclusive and accessible for everyone




Confident building relationships with a diverse range of customers
Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Well-presented with a solid eye for style and detail
