Mobile Patrol Officer - Level 2 - Multiple Roles Available

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of client premises
Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents
Lock and unlock premises as required
Identify and report security risks, hazards, and suspicious activity
Complete accurate incident and patrol reports
Liaise with control room, emergency services, and clients when required
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Operate company vehicle and security equipment safely
Desirable (but not essential)
Previous mobile patrol or security experience
Knowledge of alarm response procedures and reporting systems




To be successful in this role, you will require:
Current Victorian Security Licence
Excellent communication and situational awareness
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
Robust attention to detail
Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Full drivers license
Working with children check
