City of Ryde's Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the safe, productive daily operation of the facility and supervise staff across shifts.
You will respond to incidents, ensure water quality and plant systems are maintained, and play a key role in staff development and rostering to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Open 7 days, the role requires flexibility, weekend and afternoon/evening shifts, and a commitment to safety and service within a vibrant community
