TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) at our Wantirna OSHC service to lead before and after school care with a focus on delivering high‐quality experiences for children and families.
This permanent, part‐time role supports the service director and provides hands-on leadership in a busy after‐school workplace.
You will work across split shifts, participate in community events, and help create enriching, safe activities aligned with ACECQA standards.
