About The Role
The Head Gardener is responsible for the efficient operation of the Maintenance/Grounds department.
This includes maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, at all times complying with OH&S; Policies & Procedures.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily gardening and grounds maintenance activities
Maintaining all resort equipment in working condition
Fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues
Reporting of unsafe practices, incidents or accidents
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance,



with supervisory experience is desirable
Ability to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs
Ability to use and care for tools and equipment
Desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond to emergency situations
