Join an exciting FIFO exploration project near South Kambalda supporting RC & AC drilling in a hands-on field-based geology role.

SSH Mining are seeking a practical, hands-on Exploration Geologist to support the delivery of a substantial RC and AC drilling campaign south of Kambalda.
The role will assist with maintaining the drilling schedule, coordinating field activities and helping deliver the planned drilling metres by the end of the year.
It is well suited to someone who enjoys field-based exploration, takes ownership of their work and values being part of a small, supportive team where individual contributions are recognised.
The Prospect
Working closely with management and drilling contractors, you will support the day-to-day delivery of the RC and AC drilling program while ensuring high-quality geological,



sampling and operational data is collected.
The project is located in a semi-remote environment south of Kambalda and will suit someone who is comfortable working in the field, operating independently and contributing across a broad range of exploration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day drilling activities and monitor contractor performance
Assist with the delivery of the RC and AC drilling program
Complete geological logging of RC chips and AC cuttings
Manage sample collection, dispatch, QA/QC and geological data
Assist with drill planning, scheduling and program tracking
