About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time staff to join our Warehouse team at Prestons NSW **** as a Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Assistant.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Key responsibilities & duties
General Warehousing
Receiving of stock
Stock control
Unloading trucks
Checking in stock and putting stock away
Picking goods
Manual labour duties as required.
Lifting / Handling of 20kg+
Requirements




Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced high demand environment
Current valid Australian Forklift License (LF) and Experience
Current valid Australian Drivers License
Ability to work autonomously
Regularly lift and/or move objectsup to 25kgs safely
A sense of urgency and commitment to the job
Ability to take responsibility for own tasks and duties
Excellent communication skills
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat.
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
