Ringwood Swimming Club (RSC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Lead Junior Coach to work alongside our Head Coach in leading the club's Junior Stream program.
RSC has a strong focus on developing young swimmers through a structured pathway from development squads through to competitive age-group swimming.
Our Junior Stream is a vital part of this pathway, with a strong emphasis on building exceptional technical skills, race awareness and positive training habits.
