You will oversee banquets, events, staff canteen and pastry sections, delivering high-end dining experiences with strong leadership and hands-on coaching.
You will develop creative menus, manage food costs and budgets, ensure HACCP standards, and mentor a diverse kitchen team in a tropical resort setting.
Salary is $110K+ super.
