ConsultANZ is seeking a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join a civil earthworks and roading project in Sydney.
Main Duties
We are seeking motivated and experienced
Site Engineers
and
Project Engineers
to join our growing team delivering civil earthworks and roading projects across the Sydney.
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Prepare and review construction programs, methodologies, and work packs.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
Assist with cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
Review engineering drawings and specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience
as a Civil Engineer on
civil earthworks and/or roading projects
.




Demonstrated experience managing project delivery, including planning, procurement, cost control, and programme management.
Solid leadership skills with experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and safety requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Benefits
