Salary range of $135K - $155K (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonuses

As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;
Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (some as low as 35 claims)




Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
Be involved in projects and change management.
What You'll Bring
You're someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.
Proven experience managing & assessingretail life insurance claims(income protection and/or TPD)
Robust understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
