MP&DS; Pty Ltd trading as The Panda Yum Cha is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for its Sydney restaurant.
You will ensure health compliance, oversee daily operations, manage staff, and coordinate menu planning with chefs to deliver high-quality Cantonese cuisine.
Candidates should have at least two years in a commercial restaurant, a hospitality management certificate, and robust communication, teamwork, and OH&S; skills.
Experience with seafood dishes is advantageous.
