Uniting AgeWell's Barwon Home Care team supports older people to live safely and independently in their own homes across Geelong and surrounding communities. As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide tailored in-home services, including personal care, domestic tasks and social support, helping clients remain independent and connected to their community.
