Altitude is building a portfolio of
premium private jet experience brands
across golf, outback travel and events.
The role will initially work across and help build:
Altitude Golf
— premium golf experiences combining world-class courses, private aviation, luxury travel and memorable events
Altitude Outback
— curated outback and regional experiences built around unique destinations, properties and activities
Altitude Events
— premium corporate, private and special-event experiences
You'll be joining a
small, hands-on team
and will play an important role in helping shape and grow the Altitude brands from an early stage.
You will be working from our
head office in Coolum Beach
, with regular travel required for experiences, events, content creation and partner visits.
We're looking for a commercially minded all-rounder who can help bring these brands to life — someone equally comfortable creating compelling content, organising exceptional experiences, developing partnerships and converting enquiries into customers.
This is not a traditional marketing, events or sales position. It is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to help build three emerging premium experience brands from the ground up.

The Role
You'll work across content, events, experiences, partnerships and sales, helping grow awareness of the Altitude brands and convert that interest into customers.
Content & Brand
Create engaging photo,



video and written content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels
Capture content at golf trips, outback experiences, events and activations
Produce reels, stories, posts and promotional material
Help establish and maintain a consistent look, feel and tone across the Altitude brands
Develop and manage content calendars
Identify stories, destinations and experiences worth showcasing
Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and other creative suppliers when required
Experiences & Events
Help develop new Altitude Golf, Altitude Outback and Altitude Events experiences
Plan and coordinate golf trips, outback experiences, corporate events, private functions and special activations
Coordinate venues, golf courses, accommodation, private aviation, transport, hospitality and suppliers
Manage guest communications and experience logistics
Attend selected trips and events to ensure they are delivered to a premium standard
Continually identify new destinations, venues and experience opportunities
Sales & Customer Relationships
Respond to enquiries and follow up prospective customers
Develop relationships with corporate clients, private groups and individual customers
Convert interest and enquiries into bookings
Proactively identify new business opportunities
Maintain customer and prospect information
Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
Partnerships
Build relationships with golf clubs, resorts, hotels, tourism operators, stations, properties, venues, aviation partners and premium brands
Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Create collaborative experiences and promotional campaigns
Identify businesses and organisations that could become long-term Altitude partners
About You
We're looking for someone energetic, organised, personable, creative and commercially aware.
You may currently work in marketing, events, tourism, hospitality, travel, partnerships, business development, aviation, customer service or a similar field. More important than your current title is your ability to take an idea and make it happen.
You'll ideally have:
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence dealing with customers, business owners and senior executives
Experience creating social media content
Good organisational and event-management skills




A natural ability to build relationships
A commercial mindset and willingness to sell
Strong attention to detail
Confidence working independently and as part of a small team
The initiative to build new ideas rather than simply manage existing ones
A willingness to travel for experiences and events
An interest in travel, golf, events and unique Australian experiences
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in aviation, private aviation, charter, airport operations, travel or customer service roles will be highly regarded
, particularly where that experience has involved premium customers, high service standards or complex travel arrangements.
Experience with Wordpress, Canva, social media platforms, basic video editing, CRM systems or email marketing will also be highly regarded. Altitude uses the FareHarbour booking platform for realtime availability and payment process.
Knowledge of golf would be an advantage, but it is not essential. An interest in premium travel, hospitality, regional Australia and memorable experiences is equally valuable.
What We're Looking For
This role will suit someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing the same thing every day.
One week you might be creating content at a golf course. The next you could be visiting an outback property, coordinating a corporate event, talking with a prospective client, developing a new travel experience, working with an aviation partner or negotiating a partnership with a hotel or tourism operator.
Because you'll be joining a small team, you'll need to be comfortable being hands‐on, taking responsibility and moving quickly between creative, operational and commercial tasks.

build the Altitude brands
, not simply administer them.
