Primary Responsibilities
Maintain transport-related certifications, permits, accreditations, and vehicle records (e.g., NHVAS,
Fatigue, Mass, Maintenance modules).
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with relevant transport, road safety, and fatigue management legislation.
Monitor driver licensing, work diaries, and fatigue management systems.
Report non-conformances and breaches to management, and liaise with regulators when required.
Lead development and implementation of transport-related WHS policies and procedures.
Promote a strong safety culture through communication, coaching, and leadership.
Skills & Experience required




Cert IV or higher in Transport & Logistics or Work Health & Safety (mandatory).
CoR Awareness and Fatigue Management certification (mandatory)
Internal auditing or Lead Auditor qualifications (advantageous).
Solid knowledge of fatigue laws, mass and dimension regulations, and load restraint standards.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator able to lead toolbox talks, investigations, and staff training.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and fleet/compliance management software (e.g., NHVAS portals,MTData etc).
