About the role

Installing, removing, and replacing appliances as required

Coordinating with and supporting licensed trades for more complex or specialised repairs
Collaborating with other trades on larger projects within the building
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working in large residential buildings, with a strong understanding of apartment operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
General knowledge of minor electrical work, painting, basic repairs, and plumbing
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Sound knowledge of WHS and safe work practices
A proactive attitude and pride in delivering work to the Meriton standard
A friendly and qualified approach when interacting with tenants and team members
What you'll get in return
Meriton offers a competitive salary plus superannuation, along with a uniform, all the tools you will need, a dedicated maintenance workshop and staff discounts. You'll also be joining a well-established company with a strong reputation, offering stability and the opportunity to work across a premium residential portfolio.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position, so you must have
full permanent working rights in Australia and be available to work full time hours.
Note this role is for our Apartments and NOT our hotel/suites division.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test, and provide a current criminal history check.
