Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to join Ingleburn RSL as a Full-Time Duty Manager.
This is more than a typical Duty Manager role – it's an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. We're looking for a hands‐on leader who is a genuine team player, with a passion for building strong relationships and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day club operations
Ensure compliance with Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirements
Fulfil Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) duties, with a strong focus on harm minimisation
Lead, coach and support team members, including performance management and appraisals
Champion and promote the Club's culture, including our Reward & Recognition Program
Attend and contribute to Duty Manager team meetings
Complete administrative reporting (shift, incident, accident and staff reports)




About You
Hospitality Management qualifications (or equivalent experience)
2–3+ years' experience in a Duty Manager role, ideally within a club setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop teams
Confident decision-maker, able to prioritise and delegate in a fast‐paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs
Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG (essential)
Willingness to obtain National Police and Working With Children Checks
Additional certifications highly regarded (TAB, Senior First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor)
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights and weekends
Own reliable transport
Remuneration commensurate with knowledge & experience.
