Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
To be successful in this role, you
must
meet the following criteria:
Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the
Aged Care sector
.
Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is
not
commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

About You
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
