The Co-Group Limited is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join the Northern Rivers team. You will provide person-centred support to participants in community settings and in-home environments, helping individuals with complex needs to achieve goals while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.
Applicants should have at least 6 months experience in disability support, a relevant certificate, First Aid, NDIS screening, and a willingness to work a rotating roster
