International Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager

The International Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for international student recruitment initiatives, managing and converting leads from international student recruitment channels and training team members to achieve international student recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated international marketing campaigns targeting key markets and student demographics across multiple channels
Manage relationships with international education agents, recruitment partners and overseas institutions to expand student recruitment networks
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends in international student recruitment
Create compelling marketing materials, including prospectuses, brochures, videos and digital content tailored to international audiences
Ensuring the effective organisation of workshops, and/or campus familiarisation tours for agents, prospective students and parents.
Manage the Institute's international marketing budget and track return on investment for recruitment initiatives
Liaise with academic departments to understand course offerings and ensure accurate positioning in international markets
Providing strong operational support to successfully drive the Institute's growth in international markets to meet key performance objectives and long-term strategies and goals.
Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports on campaign performance and student enrolment trends




Collaborate with student services and admissions teams to ensure smooth transition of recruited students into the Institute
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in international student recruitment, education marketing or a similar role in the higher education sector
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing international marketing strategies that resulted in increased student enrolments
Excellent understanding of international education markets, student mobility trends and recruitment pathways
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, email campaigns, SEO and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with agents, partners and stakeholders in international markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse international audiences
Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and performance indicators




Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing analytics tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred: Experience in Asia-Pacific markets or previous international living/working experience
