Mt Annan Eyecare
is an established independent optometry practice in South West Sydney, known for personalised care and a strong focus on children's vision and neuro optometric care.
We are looking for a bright, capable and highly organised person who enjoys working at a high standard, learns quickly and thrives in a collaborative, close knit team built on trust, mutual support and a shared commitment to excellence.
Optical experience is highly regarded, but the suitable candidate may have strengths drawn from healthcare, premium retail, administration or customer service backgrounds.
The role
Delivering a warm, polished and efficient patient experience
Managing appointments, enquiries and patient communications
Assisting with frame styling, lens selection and optical dispensing
Spectacle fitting, adjustments, orders and quality control
Supporting optometrists with pre-testing and clinical equipment
Helping keep the practice organised, efficient and running to a high standard

The role will be approximately 22 hours per week initially, with scope to increase and potentially progress to full-time for the right person.
A 4 day roster is proposed (with a rostered day off each week ) with availability to be compatible with peak trading hours as below:
Availability for two later shifts each week (later start and early-evening finish up to 7.45pm )
Availability on alternate Saturdays
